A 19-year-old man who was fatally shot Wednesday night in San Francisco’s Mission Dolores Park has been identified as Luis Arguello-Inglis, a freshman majoring in communications at San Jose State University.
The shooting was reported around 10 p.m. When officers arrived, they found Inglis lying on the ground near the park’s south edge.“Luis was a bright light in our lives, filled with love, laughter and boundless potential,” the page read. “His loss has left a void in our hearts that can never be filled.”
