The Seattle Police Department is reporting that it is investigating a shooting that took place in the 400 block of 23rd Avenue near Garfield High School Thursday.SPD stated in its online that post that, “When lockdown is released, the unification site for students and parents will be on the south side of the school.”Harborview Medical Center spokesperson Susan Gregg confirmed to KIRO Newsradio Thursday that it is treating one male teenager in connection with the shooting.
