The family of an 11-year-old girl who died two days after having an allergic reaction at school filed a lawsuit against Amarillo ISD.

The lawsuit said the plan required school employees to administer epinephrine, call 911 and notify Cole's parents. According to the lawsuit, the school gave her Benadryl, which she threw up, and a breathing treatment.
