The city of San Antonio is opening a new resource and education center for teenagers seeking their driver licenses. On Monday, the San Antonio Municipal Court and Vision Zero SA will host an open house from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the San Antonio Municipal Court to unveil the Drive Safely SA Resource and Education Center.

The courses will focus on safe driving practices, defensive driving techniques, dangers of distracted driving and driving under the influence.
