A 16-year-old graduating student died after being shot in the head outside a mini gym in Tipo-Tipo, Basilan on Wednesday afternoon due to an alleged family rivalry.According to a "Saksi" report by Cyril Chavez on Friday, CCTV footage caught the suspects on a motorcycle driving up to the victim outside the gym.One of the riders approached the victim and shot him in the head before speeding away.
