A mother of one of the girls in the post says she is concerned about the impact the post will have on the students. The Instagram post, which has now been deleted, ranked some students from Foxwell State Secondary College into categories such as "abduction material", "one night stand", "average" and "unrapeable".A Department of Education spokesperson described the post as "vile".
A mother, whose 16-year-old daughter attends the school and was included in the post, told the ABC she was deeply disturbed by the incident."I just don't know how people think that is OK to make up these categories and then put young girls in them," she said. The woman said her daughter was one of about 17 students included in the post and the original has been deleted but the material was still being shared.
