The Manila Film Festival will be screening eight short films from student filmmakers this June.TMFF, now on its second edition, aims to support and nurture young independent Filipino filmmakers through film grants, which are awarded to eight outstanding "works-in-progress" in the short form category.The red carpet premiere of the eight short films in competition will be held on June 4, 9 p.m., at the Metropolitan Theater in Ermita.
