The police command in Kogi on Sunday confirmed the killing of two of the abducted students of Confluence University of Science and Technology ,Osara.“Tragedy struck on Sunday as the Kogi State Police Command confirmed the killing of two abducted students from Confluence University of Science and Technology , Osara. According to Police Commissioner, Mr. Bethrand Onuoha, the students’ abductors brutally murdered them, a devastating outcome.

Ibrahim revealed that the students killed were James Michael Anajuwe, a 100-level Information Technology student, and Musa Hussein, a 100-level Software Engineering student. They were allegedly murdered at the kidnappers’ hideout in Kwara State. Some Experts in the power sector have commended President Bola Tinubu on some of the ongoing reforms in the sector.

Hajiya Nana Shettima, wife of the Vice-President, Kashim Shettima and other stakeholders said political equity and women empowerment were crucial to sustainable development in Nigeria. The newly elected Speaker of the Parliament of Economic Community of West African States , Memounatou Ibrahima, has pledged to reposition the body for greater recognition and admiration.
