James R. Roebuck Jr., 79, of Philadelphia, former Pennsylvania state representative, onetime legislative assistant to former Mayor Wilson Goode, andassistant history professor, died Wednesday, May 15, of complications from hypertension and diabetes at St. Ignatius nursing center.
