News4JAX Super 6 No. 1 St. Johns Country Day led the way for area teams as the Florida High School Athletic Association announced the playoff bracket on Saturday morning.

The Spartans have played for state championships in 2021 and last year under coach Tom Lucas. They open the postseason road against St. Francis on Wednesday. They could be in for a second-round collision against the area’s hottest team in University Christian . UC has won nine in a row after clobbering Eagle’s View 10-0 for the District 3-2A title on Thursday night.Earning No. 2 seeds were Bishop Kenny in Region 1-4A, Super 6 No.

The Conquerors’ region is stacked with area teams. Trinity opens with Trinity Catholic and would face either Bolles or Episcopal in the second round with a win. That region also has a colossal all-area showdown between Bishop Snyder and Providence as well as the Bulldogs and Eagles. Bartram Trail at Spruce Creek Tocoi Creek at Tallahassee Chiles St. Augustine at Escambia Region 1-3A Providence at Bishop Snyder St. Francis at St. Johns Country Day Christ’s Church at St.
