Muhammadu Buhari, yesterday, said that Nigeria at this point requires the youths to be highly skilful in order to solve the problem of unemployment, security and youth restiveness.
Buhari who was represented by the Minister of Educationb , Prof. Anthony Anwuka, observed that the growth and establishment of new industries to absorb the graduates is rather too slow.
And the Nigerian skillful youths needs a proactive government. Not a one who pass the buck or distributes 10, 000 naira tradermoni.
