Father speaks to CBS 21 on possible bullying after son suffers fatal cardiac arrest

He said he immediately called 911 and began giving his son CPR until emergency crews arrived on the scene.Orville said he received a phone call on Friday night from Justin, where Justin told him that he had to run away as fast as he could to run away from a group of kids.Orville said on Monday, April 22, a group of teens came to his house looking for Justin.
