Teenagers using tablets or smartphones before bed are not negatively affected by their digital habits, a shock new study claims.

Yeah was the survey by mobile phone companies by any chance....you only need to see the news....suicide rates and peoples use of social media to know how false this claim is!

Assertion or proof? I don't believe that conclusion for any cases where use of these devices sufficiently restricts both face to face interactions with others, and getting outside into the fresh air doing something which raises their pulse rate and exposes them to sunlight.
