Renowned designer Joel Mozersky, celebrated for his work on Austin culinary landmarks such as Uchi and La Condesa, has been enlisted to craft the café's aesthetic.The collaboration aims to blend the artistic flair of Justine’s with the vibrant spirit of the Blanton, creating a space where patrons can savor gourmet fare while soaking in the museum's cultural ambiance.
She anticipates that the café will enrich the Blanton experience, offering a cozy retreat for patrons to indulge in delectable cuisine before or after exploring the museum’s galleries.
