A former school teacher who "groomed'' a pupil and then sexually abused her has been jailed for 13-and-a-half months.Greer, now of Thorne Road, Doncaster in England, had previously pleaded guilty to 15 counts of indecent assault on a female which took place on dates between August 13, 1971 and January 1, 1978.
"At some point from the end of the victim's first year at school, there began to be low level kissing and sexual touching over her clothing which continued until her third year at school.''"By this point the defendant had married her husband. The defendant would take her back in the afternoon or early evenings and drop her home again.
"By the time the victim was in school third year, the sexual activity had increased to digital penetration.'' "The defendant proceeded to touch her and then digitally penetrate her. This was painful, the victim did not want anything to happen as she was worried her father would come up. It stopped abruptly and as they left the room, her father was coming up the stairs.''
