His arrest report says a witness was returning to her chairs on the pool deck and looked up at the hotel windows.

The school's principal said Wednesday it reassigned Allen-Black to"duties without student contact" while the district’s Office of Professional Standards investigates."Dear Douglas Anderson families, Please know that your child’s academic well-being is our top priority, and we have put an instructional transition plan in place to ensure there is no disruption to student learning.
