Twenty-two-year-old Wanzhen Lu was allegedly kidnapped from an underground parking garage in Markham, Ont., on March 23.Investigators say four men got out of a minivan, shocked Lu several times with a stun gun and forced him into the vehicle before fleeing.Adan faces four charges including kidnapping, forcible confinement, assault with a weapon and assault and will appear in a Newmarket, Ont., court for a bail hearing.
Const. Andy Pattenden says three other suspects remain at large and is urging them to seek legal help and turn themselves in.
