Slain college student who got in wrong car died from multiple sharp force injuries: Officials

Her body was found in a wooded area near where suspect Nathaniel Rowland recently lived, police said. The college student's phone was found in Rowland's car, according to police. "I saw such a clear future with her," her boyfriend, Greg Corbishley, said through tears at the vigil. "The last words she said to me over FaceTime on Thursday were that I was her person and she loved me and that she could truly be herself around me. And I'm just thankful she brought that out of me, too."

This is really a sickeningly horrifying act. She was literally trapped in the back seat of that car and brutalized by that monster. Her parents will forever be haunted by the thought of her savage murder. May time mercifully help them to cope.

The fault lies with the scum bag who attacked her. However, if she wasn’t intoxicated and if she was armed, she would’ve had a chance.

It’s not her fault at all. However please learn from this. When you go out with a group of “friends”, make sure to use the buddy system and leave together. Pair up and watch each other’s ass. It’s not fair but we live in a society where there are some POS roaming around among us.

Samantha could of may had a chance. One thing I seen in that video footage she did that was very negligent was she was too engross talking on the cell phone not aware of her surroundings or the car she was getting into, that was very dangerous.

All Lyft and Uber drivers should have signs on their cars. A killing would have been prevented.
