Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) mencatat pencapaian terbaik dalam sejarahnya apabila 18 subjek ditawarkan merentasi empat bidang utama

KUALA LUMPUR: Universiti Teknologi Mara mencatat pencapaian terbaik dalam sejarahnya apabila 18 subjek ditawarkan merentasi empat bidang utama tersenarai dalam penarafan Quacquarelli Symonds World University Rankings by Subject 2024.

“Secara keseluruhan, pada tahun ini tujuh matapelajaran menunjukkan peningkatan iaitu Seni dan Reka Bentuk; Farmasi dan Farmakologi; Kejuruteraan Elektrik; Pengajian Perniagaan dan Pengurusan; Ekonomi dan Ekonometrik; Kejuruteraan Mekanikal, Aeronautik dan Pembuatan serta Sains Komputer dan Sistem Maklumat,” kata kenyataan.

Jelasnya, Kejuruteraan Petroleum kekal pada kedudukan 150 terbaik dunia bagi empat tahun berturut-turut. Sementara itu, bagi bidang utama, kemasukan Sains Hayat dan Perubatan buat kali pertama dalam penarafan tersebut meningkatkan kedudukan UiTM.
