HALIFAX, N.S. — MPs Sean Fraser and Andy Fillmore announced $2.4 billion for artificial intelligence research and development at Dalhousie University on Sunday afternoon.It was the latest in a litany of pre-budget spending announcements by Liberal MPs across Canada in the run-up to Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland unveiling the full document on April 16.
