Officials said Raniya Wright died days after suffering injuries in a fight with another student.

The circumstances surrounding the encounter are still unclear, though authorities said no weapons were involved and no criminal charges have been filed in the case. The incident is still under investigation and an autopsy is scheduled for Friday to determine the cause and manner of death, police said.
