Interior legislators call on Fairbanks School Board President to resign after accusatory comments

ByFAIRBANKS, Alaska - A member of the local school board is in hot water following comments made at a regular board meeting on March 19.

“To the other representatives, Representative Tomaszewski, Senator Myers, Representative Cronk, and I slightly give Representative Prax a pass because he didn’t vote for it to begin with, so you stood by your vote, I am so utterly disappointed. Fairbanks deserved better.

On the afternoon of Tuesday, March 27, a letter signed by seven members of the Interior Delegation, including the three mentioned by Harty, was sent to the school district.
