The battle is against poverty, not each other

Looking from twitter streets a lot of young men is all about summa cum ...... Many of them stop there. Ladies have higher ideals and go all the way to laude! Young men whats wrong, study, man up and take care of our ladies and families.

And they must be given priority everywhere where there are recruitments. African Women must be empowered to able to never ever depend on a Man for anything.

Always been the case, across all levels of schooling females consistently achieved higher performance percentage. Why then their male counterparts enjoy more recognition & rewards in the field of work?

The stat is encouraging, but the sad reality is that less than 10% of women will ever reach Executive or Board level? On average, Only 2 in 25 people sitting at the senior decision making level, are women.

But we are not in management positions

Happy now? So much equality indeed.

Wage gap?

But it is not like we do not know where KZN men are, Akere ba busy kadi taxi le this trash called Qgom or whatever

Wamandla tge future!!!!

ZamoShangase Content I live for 💖

Abathole imisebenzi, bathuthuke abantu.

They beutiful

Men will always be better than women in so many things. And also men are smarter than women

Ngenani magqiyazana sizoba ngo house husband/stay at home dad. Kusazoba mnandi BigUpLadies

But get paid less than our male counterparts 🙆🏿‍♀🙆🏿‍♀

It means while in school there were so many puna for the limited boys.

ThickLeeyonce I'm starting to believe that we are being victimized in the process of empowering women. NO OFFENSE

Sochangane

Yip. It's a thing. MarthaEffect

ZennieBooi Women are many than men. prorpotional they'll always be higher than men

If the cum laude can lands us jobs hle...

The men are busy driving taxis

But the population is 53 % women and 47 men

Oh amadoda asewesile😩

Always gotta compare huh?🤔 Nonetheless Congratulations to the women and men that are studying towards a brighter future.♠️

ThickLeeyonce Who is going to marry these educated women if boys are neglected by the system?

does an academic achievement make one smarter?

This is good. Can we get a breakdown of the degrees where those Stats were archived ?

Put them in leadership positions please, especially YOUNG women, not Bathabile, Nomvula and the likes

The number of bitter men in the comments specifically black men 😂😂😂 what a joke.

What is the purpose of this article? To celebrate women or to say that men are less capable academically than women? I’d say it’s the latter.

Ya like to put us against each other

Compare the quality too. What degrees are women getting compare to men? We do engineering, BSc, actuarial science, etc and they go and study humanities and commerce degrees which are less challenging. Plus women outnumber men in general

Obviously in KZN we all why

Abaqashwe osisi bese beyasondla

Halala. Halala.🎉🎉🙌

This is consistent with the number of females in society, they are more than males.

We are being decolonized as men. This will hurt SA in the near future.

Oksalayo we outnumber them in the taxi industry!

Yet white men with no qualifications will be their boss when they seek employment.

so i guess those women will have illiterate husband's

I don't understand people who are bashing this post. Have yall forgotten that we coming from an Era where women only belonged in the kitchen? Where teenage girls were married off? This is a good improvement and deserves to be celebrated! WOMANDLA🙌

Womandla! The future is Female🤞🏾🌺

Let's hope this will be reflected in their remuneration once they land those jobs.

Well in the martenity ward stats stand at a ratio of 1:3 for males:females

We are happy for them but most women take easy causes like HR and the hardest ones are male dominated like Engineering and so on so I’m not surprised by this Statistic by the way I’m a UKZN student myself

I think the shift to promote the girl child has actually neglected the boy child in the process,

I don't see the significance of highlighting these stats. Women outnumber men in SA by 1/3; all I see is an honest reflection of society. Kodwa ke I'm open to correction.

YempiloInja Only word I saw is 'cum'

Kzn men

But if that 71% was men they'll be shouting gender inequality. This country doesnt care about men anymore.

We are oppressed as Men.
