MANILA, Philippines: NLEX's high-scoring guard Robert Bolick completed a five-point play with 17.8 seconds remaining in regulation to help Team Mark score a 140-140 draw with Team Japeth in the 2024 PBA All-Star Game on Sunday at the University of St. La Salle Coliseum in Bacolod.The sweet-shooting Bolick got fouled while burying a four-point shot with 17.8 seconds to go.He managed to sink the bonus shot to level the count.
Bolick finished the game with 13 points, including 10 in the fourth period where Team Mark outscored Team Japeth, 36-29 to seal the deadlock.The NLEX gunner went on to earn co-All-Star Most Valuable Player along with Japeth Aguilar, who finished with 21 points.Roger Pogoy led Team Japeth with 25 while Marcio Lassiter added 24.CJ Perez paced Team Mark with 39 markers, including 28 in the second period to register a new All-Star Game scoring record in a quarter.
