Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Invincible season 2, episode 6 just teased the return of a major villain, with this meaning that Omni-Man's alien baby will get his powers much sooner than expected. Invincible season 2 has been pretty packed so far, with it being crammed full of new and returning characters, storylines, and setups.

Invincible's Sequid Return Hints Kid Omni-Man Is Coming Soon The main villain of Invincible season 2 is Rus Livingston, a human astronaut who becomes the primary host for a dangerous Martian parasitic race known as the Sequids. Much of Invincible season 2, part 2 is dedicated to following the Guardians as they attempt to stop a invasion of Earth by the Sequids, with the heroes journeying into space to fight the aliens off. Luckily, they are able to stop him, although not entirely.

How Rus Livingston's Story Changes The Invincible Comics Close Although Rus Livingston isn't one of the main villains in the Invincible comics, his villain arc does have a major effect on the series. After being initially defeated by the Guardians of the Globe, the Sequids go into hiding, slowly rebuilding their ranks in the background of Invincible's main story.

Invincible Season 2, Episode 6 Proves Oliver Is Growing Fast In order to become Kid Omni-Man, Oliver still has to grow a little more. However, Invincible season 2, episode 6 proves that Oliver is already growing pretty fast, meaning that his role as Kid Omni-Man isn't too far away. Oliver talks a lot more in episode 6 than he did in episode 5, with this rapid offscreen growth being a good sign for the likelihood of Oliver appearing as Kid Omni-Man.
