Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT The iconic power armor is one of the most familiar sights of the Fallout franchise, and Amazon Prime Video's upcoming TV show has already shown to make some significant changes to the functionality of the series' suits.

In a brief scene released by Amazon, power armor user Knight Titus of the Brotherhood of Steel intervened during a developing shootout between the vault dweller Lucy and Walter Goggins' The Ghoul. When addressing the former, the suit seemed to artificially project Knight Titus' voice through some kind of speaker system, overlying it with a menacing mechanical voice modulator for bonus intimidation points.

Luckily, the Fallout 4 assault rifle has been fixed to make more sense thanks to the series' pairing of the weapon with power armor. Amazon has upscaled the assault rifle to be a large, heavy squad weapon clearly necessitating a boost in strength from power armor to effectively wield. This is demonstrated in early images of Fallout released by Amazon, in which a power armor user stood next to a plain soldier.
