: The Public Accounts Committee has given the Ministry of Education a two-month deadline to respond to and implement four recommendations regarding the issue of dilapidated schools before it is summoned for follow-up proceedings.

“The MOE must also strengthen project management practices through continuous meetings of the Ministry’s Development Action Committee to ensure that all planned projects are completed on time. The committee also visited four schools in Sarawak on Feb 5, namely Sekolah Kebangsaan Supok, SK Nanga Grenjang, SK Serabang and SK Paku Central.
