Sun, March 17th 2024 at 5:14 PMLOUISVILLE, Ky. - A Catholic school teacher in Kentucky who was previously indicted for using yearbook photos of students to create nude images of them also had an inappropriate relationship with a student.

In the photos, the girl had on a red shirt with the letters "SSM," which are the school's initials. She was also standing in front of a school photo backdrop, according to the complaint. Now, the Archdiocese of Louisville is being sued by 11 parents and students. They claim that the school ignored multiple different warning signs about Fautz over the years of his employment. This lawsuit was filed on March 7.
