Twenty years ago the German-born vet fell in love with an Australian farmer, moved from the UK to Australia, and started a family and vet clinic.When the marriage ended in divorce, Ms Rhoades had to find a way to raise her children and keep her dreams of running her own practice alive."I know what it's like to do it by myself and I'm passionate about women in the workforce.

Since graduating eight years ago, she said she had noticed a turn-around in the industry in terms of flexibility for working mothers.)
