Gay headteacher wins discrimination case after primary school sacked him over sex with teenage boys

Matthew Aplin, 42, who was principal at Tywyn Primary School in Sandfields, West Glamorgan, was openly gay according to a new court ruling. But while police and his local authority bosses decided no criminal offence had been committed the school governors decided to dismiss him.

In today’s world, he has done absolutely nothing wrong.

I fail to see his dismissal as discrimination or anything to do with his sexuality, he's supposed to be a roll modal and his promiscuity is totally inappropriate for someone in his professional.

It is a crime against humanity to send Muslim children to state or church schools with non-Muslim teachers.Muslim children need state funded Muslim schools with Muslim teachers during their developmental periods,otherwise, they would be lost in western jungle.

Interesting to see the moral or spiritual case for leaving the EU but David Cameron was the one who brought in gay marriage and half the Anglican church seems confused on the issue and probably advised him to go ahead!

Ouch. He has a valid point - if it was a woman with 2 teenage boys of legal age then nothing would have been said. Same with females who have sex with underage boys, rarely are they given equal sentences to men. Pleasantly surprised backwards Wales is seeing this imbalance.

What this man did was legal the school's investigating officer and the members of Neath Port Talbot Council who were involved should be sacked and they pay him a big sum of money
