A driving instructor who is a registered sex offender was was arrested for molesting a student, 17, during her driving lessons.
The victim’s parents paid Lam for six lessons of personal driving instructions for the teen. The first four lessons reportedly went without incident, but the girl alleged she was sexually assaulted by Lam during the last two.According to authorities, the teen reported the assault to police on March 12.
