“... My recollection is there’s people competing. Syracuse University would like it, University of Delaware would like it. They want to do it down here in Washington,” Biden said. This school holds a special place in my heart. I made lifelong friends here as a law student, including one of my best friends, Jack Owens, who ended up being my law partner and brother-in-law I also know my son Beau felt the same way I did for his time here at Syracuse Law School.
