A woman identified in court documents as an employee at Ben Lomond High School was arrested Monday after investigators located a video that allegedly showed the woman sexually molesting a 16-year-old student.
Rubio was not listed as an employee of Ben Lomond High School or any school in the Ogden School District as of March 13. 2News has reached out to the district for comment and verification and is awaiting a reply. The probable cause states the juvenile told police he and Rubio had been communicating through Instagram and text messages, which eventually led to the sexual encounter.26-year-old arrested out of Provo on allegations of raping 11-year-old child
