Man accused of rape, sodomy at Everett Middle School

Jeremy Reyes, who was with the after-school program Mission Graduates, was arrested on Tuesday morning at the school by San Francisco police officers. The school’s administration had called the police after receiving a report of an inappropriate incident.He was booked into jail on eight charges early Wednesday morning, including statutory rape, sodomy of a minor, sexual battery, lewd acts with a child and other crimes. He was being held without bond.

Reyes had a court appointment on Friday afternoon for an arraignment, according to court records, but that was postponed until Monday morning, according to the sheriff’s booking log.
