WET WEEKEND: It's mainly dry and mild outside right now , but widespread rain is en route! Rain will be increasing in coverage this afternoon and eventually become widespread tonight. And then there is more rain on Saturday, and then snow on Sunday. #activeweekend pic.twitter.com/f6p58oLLIj However, a quick disturbance following a cold front with bring more moisture and a temperature drop. Temps will drop significantly by Sunday. 60s for Friday, 50s for Saturday and 30s for Sunday. This means rain is expected to change over to snow by early Sunday. Everyone could see wet snow on Sunday, and some accumulation is expected - especially in our northeastern communities in the snowbelt.
