High Wind Watch for most of the area from Wednesday night through early Thursday. "We plan to be here long-term and want our kids to be able to walk and bike to school and not have to worry about them doing that," he said.

"There’s people there that grew up on the street that have come around and signed my petition who said when they were growing up, there were 50 kids on this street. They never had sidewalks.
