The Department of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Sciences in the College of Pharmacy at the University of Georgia

is seeking an outstanding candidate to build on the research strengths in the Department, which include strong, active research programs in chemical biology, pharmacology and pharmaceutics, cancer biology and infectious diseases. We hold a particular interest in pharmaceutical/biomedical research that integrates cutting-edge artificial intelligence , encompassing areas such as drug discovery and beyond.The position is a 9-month position at the rank of assistant, associate, or full professor.

A cover letter addressing the candidate’s experience relative to the responsibilities of the position, and a summary of research accomplishments and future goals . A statement of teaching philosophy and experiences regarding instruction and mentoring .To be assured of full consideration, applications should be received by March 1, 2024. The screening process will begin immediately and position will remain open until filled. The starting date will be August 1, 2024.
