Ok. My ignorance. Isn't teacher pay at state level? My SALT is high, mostly due to property tax, 3/4 of which goes to local schools. Am I missing a federal aspect here?
These contracts are State and Union negotiated- you would have as much power as you do now, NONE AT ALL!!!
