In 10 days, Alaska is set to distribute another round of one-time payments from the state's 2023 Permanent Fund Dividend to eligible residents.

The initial two disbursements were issued in October, worth up to $1,312 each for Alaska residents, according to the state's Department of Revenue. Those who can expect a payment, scheduled to be sent out on Nov. 16, will have the"Eligible-Not Paid" status on their Nov. 8 dividend applications. To be eligible for the payment, Alaska residents must intend to stay in the state indefinitely, not have a felony conviction, and not claim residency in another state during the year.

Crum said that this year, they"processed over 8,000 more applications than in 2022." The 2023 PFD is expected to infuse nearly $1 billion into the state's economy, benefiting Alaska residents.
