The school said on Monday night that it has already “placed holds on the accounts of students who may be associated with the alleged admissions scheme,” preventing them from registering for classes or acquiring transcripts. The move would affect the daughters of “Full House” actress Lori Loughlin and fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli. The parents were among 50 people charged last week for their alleged involvement in what federal prosecutors called a $25 million bribery and fraud scam.
A stern attitude? The dishes smell delicious.
jaketapper If a university expels a student, they will not be able to enroll into another higher education institution in the US until that higher institution waves the expulsion!
You may...? You should ...you must !!!
At least revoke their yachting rights...
Shouldn’t even have to think about this one. The kids don’t qualify to be there - send them home!
May exspell! Cheating should not be rewarded.
It 'may?' If even one student or faculty member that was somehow connected to this scandal remains, it will be a permanent stain on USC's reputation.
As well they should.
Will they still keep the money, or give it back to the parents?
As well they should. This is a no brainer.
I don't think the kids should be paying for their parents' mistakes. They don't deserve their spots but don't need to be humiliated more.
Good
RT : University of Southern California says it may expel students linked to ...
May?
Nah. I say make them take the admissions test and make the results public. Then decide.
Good!
They didn't seem to mind getting all that $$$$ until they got caught.
Yes they should all be
May?
KEY WORD 'MAY' GUESS THAT DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH IS PAID IN 'REPARATIONS' USC
Sounds like another fundraising scheme by USC. Kick em all out to have em pay again for re-admission. Just sayin.
...like affirmative action admissions?
The universities are complicit...Too big to fail!
May?
Good. They are not victims or innocent. They posed for pictures as 'athletes' and were part of the scam.
