Personnel of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Bauchi State have arrested one Abdullahi Ibrahim, a 500-level Veterinary Medicine student

of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, for allegedly stabbing a 17-year-old secondary school student, Umar Usman, to death.

He said the suspect was arrested in Misau local government area of the State following the discovery of the body by roadside. “He was quickly taken to General Hospital Misau where he was certified dead and handed over to the family for burial,” Oyejide stated.He added that, “We came to realise that there was a chat between the suspect Ibrahim and the deceased Usman. In the communication, we saw where the suspect enticed the deceased with homosexual love, where he showed him his naked picture.

The Commandant said that during the investigation, the suspect confessed to the crime, hence he would be charged to court according to his offence.
