Two Stanford University students filed a federal lawsuit seeking class-action status against the universities named in the college admissions scheme, saying their admissions process was"warped and rigged by fraud."

Students Erica Olsen and Kalea Woods allege in part negligence, unfair competition and violations of consumer law, according to the suit filed Wednesday in US District Court for the Northern District of California. The lawsuit asks for a variety of relief, including compensatory and punitive damages, restitution and other relief deemed proper by court.

Pull their college accreditations! These degrees are worthless.

I can’t even talk about this....it’s too disturbing....these kids already had advantages over others by being able to hire tutors, etc. While I will die before getting my student loans paid off (no exaggeration) 😢

Undergrad ivy is worse than community colleges

Lmfao. Those are lame damages. They should be sued by everyone who didn’t get in

Shouldnt it be the unknowing qualified students whi didnt get in be suing? Lll

Only in America hahaha the news out of there Beats any soap Opera on a daily Basis with no appease. Here we go with the Cluster phuck to Cash in on Curruption made in the USA.

Can we see all his Sat and grades please, proves our POTUS is a dummy

They ought to file suits on harvard, yale, princeton, and all of the rest of the prestigious universities.

Freebies

Students that didn’t get in that was qualified should also join the lawsuit.

Yes !!!

Yessssssss

They are right about 1 thing. Their degrees are not worth that much if they don't get good grades. But if their grades a excellent, how are they damaged? They aren't.

Just infuriating.. as a parent if s college athlete who worked hard in field /classroom to try and noticed while these people felt because they had money they were in titled

RecklessPerfec1 told you class action would happen lol

BetsyDeVosED BetsyDeVos realDonaldTrump 'Common Core is the Communist Core I Went Through in China' CommonCore Education

Why? They already go there. I understand suing if you didn’t get in but... yes, maybe they’re making a general stand but...

It appears that Jared Kushner’s father paid about $2M for his son admission at Harvard. I would like to see a full investigation into the so call Ivy League universities and their practices to accept peddling and racketeering.

My Ivy League qualified son was waitlisted & many felt he should’ve got in but he’s very happy where he is & is looking law schools

Good! What they did was wrong. Then to see Lori's daughter say I just go for the parties, etc.. Was sad, There's so many more kids that would of loved the opportunity to go and learn. Smh

Now everyone wants money because of it,typical

Had no idea until Lori Loughlin 'turned herself in to FBI' regarding this mess! Not surprising that American 1%'ers would be greedy and crass enough to commit such disgraceful frauds and thefts upon American education. Woe be unto them if REVOLUTION ever comes to this country.

So angry these rich kids who's parents could pay a million to get them in, took a scholarship from a needy kid. How dare them!! And to flaunt that school isnt important. I'm here for the parties.

I need these two litigious ladies to sit down and shut the hell up. Your degree is not going to be valued any less than any other degree from Stanford. Trust and believe. Get over yourselves.

Good for them!! There will be many more

These the same kids who's parents paid for them to go

Well, when did college athletes become vegetable in this country?
