A 19-year-old and a minor were pulled over for allegedly speeding in a school zone which led to DWI and minor in possession charges.Captain Jesse Jimenez was looking over traffic in a school zone when he reportedly saw a white Chevy SUV speeding past all the other traffic.
Jimenez conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and the 19-year-old driver was reportedly showing signs of driving while intoxicated. Officials said the passenger, who was identified as a minor, was allegedly found to be intoxicated as well and in possession of marijuana and a controlled substance.
"We ask the public not to drink and drive especially through school zones!
