The changes would also require people to declare annually they have not been convicted of an offence. The legislation is similar to reporting regimes already in place in provinces such as Ontario and British Columbia.
Include volunteers/coaches etc. There are many of those that are around children for the wrong reasons. Many great ones, but many that shouldn't be around kids GreatStart
They should also impose a skill-testing question for Federal Election voters!
