Jozef Puska, aged 32, has formally denied murdering Offaly school teacher Ashling Murphy and is now due to stand trial in front of a judge and jury, which may last as long as five weeks

Jozef Puska replied through an interpreter “Not guilty” when the charge of murdering Ms Murphy was put to him in court 13 of the Criminal Courts of Justice complex in central Dublin this afternoon.
