So sad, and unnecessary. They should have had the budget for an electrician.
Did the school hire them to save money? Did the school tell them to do that to save money?

If it’s shown that the school was looking to save money on the installation, I hope they are held fully accountable and are properly sued.
Hire a professional next time people let this be a lesson.
Why where they doing that in the first place? A certified electrician should have been doing it and he or she would have followed proper procedure, unlike these two.
