International education expert Pasi Sahlberg suggests a change in culture to address Australia's education issues

"It's nice to go viral but I'm no expert , I'm only 20 years old, I have so much to live and so much to learn," she says."That goes to show you that people will listen to you if you're passionate in any area. No matter what you're talking about." "University degree or no degree, it doesn't matter what you're doing, respect is your encounters and how you treat people.

"It's about passion and how much you're drawn to it, if you express that, you're always going to turn heads."Professor Sahlberg began his education career in his home nation of Finland — a country lauded for having one of the highest-performing school systems in the world.He says Australia should consider Finland's focus on continuing education through to a post graduate level, building trust in the system, and fostering more professional collaboration between teachers.
