Senior research fellow at the Australian Catholic University Dr Kevin Donnelly says parents should find out what their children are being taught at school on the topic of climate change.
Dr Donnelly says it’s important for teachers not to impose their own bias onto students, and to give children the ability to weigh conflicting arguments and ideas. Children will skip school on March 15 to protest the government’s policies on climate change, after a similar event last year.
