“I don’t think starting my business three years later with more than £27,000 in debt would have been a good decision for me,” he says.has found that more than a third of young people across the country have considered not going to university because of the cost of living crisis and high fees. Jake says high fees are a big factor in many people’s decisions not to go to university, but also cites rising costs.. This makes people not want to get into debt and instead start working and start saving for a house deposit. I can really see why more and more people are deciding not to go,” he says.
