Security clearance personal information is protected by the Privacy Act law; just like medical records. Unless Kushner and others in the WH are indicted in Federal Court for a crime; Congress has no legal justification to see security clearance personal info.
The difference between a democracy and a dictatorship is a Justice system that is independent. When that court is political, democracy will have failed.
